Robert, with Ridgid Roofing and Construction was incredible to work with! I am one of the MOST particular (ie, picky) people EVER, and he was kind and patient throughout the process. I had contacted two other companies and Robert was the only one to stay on top of things and answer all my questions. I was giving up my beloved wood shake roof and he was great about reassuring me and showed me many different options. Any concern I had, he addressed in a timely manner. When I finally made up "MY" mind, it went very smoothly.

The work took longer than originally thought, but we were expecting it might. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up after. We had lots of landscaping to work around, a pool (that he covered) and everything was in perfect shape when they were done. I had a couple of concerns and they were addressed almost immediately and taken care of perfectly.

I would not think of using another company after this experience -- they were FANTASTIC!!! I have already referred the to two other people and will continue to do that anytime the subject comes up with anyone I know!
