Ridgid Contruction conducted a storm damage evaluation after a hail storm hit the area. Their project manager, Robert Bartusevicius, completed a full scope of damages, prepared an itemized list, and met with our insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster was in agreement with Robert as to the extent of damages (roof, gutters, screens, windows, stucco resurfacing, paint, etc.) and Ridgid began and completed the process of renovation. The repairs were primarily to our church but also included an adjacent storage building. Robert met with our Board of Directors and explained thoroughly the construction process, materials and associated costs, at my request. He determined our specific needs regarding access during services for all of our members, cleanliness, parking needs (especially handicapped access), and time constraints for scheduling each of the different crews. Ridgid allotted several crews simultaneously to remove the old roof and install its replacement in record time. It only really affected one of our weekly services, but the crews stopped early, and cleaned up the entries and parking lot before our members arrived. They quickly finished before the weekend services and there wasn’t a sign that they had ever been there other than a new roof! Impressive! The second phase dealt with resurfacing the church exterior. Crews again came in, erected scaffolding, and repaired all of the specific hail damage and then applied a new EIFS surface on the entire church surface. Its beautiful! We were extremely pleased not only with the finished product, but also with the care taken to accommodate our congregations needs. In fact, the board decide to have Ridgid come back to redo our port cohere ceilings, which were in disrepair from previous unrelated damage. Ridgid completed our hail damage restoration including gutters and miscellaneous repairs to our complete satisfaction! I would recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

I needed a new roof, some siding, window screens, and sheet rock replaced in my garage ceiling where rain had leaked in and kitchen ceiling painted because of a leak in roof. This was the second time I have used this company. Robert B. worked hard negotiating a fair settlement with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend Rigid Consulting and Construction.

Randy coordinated the project of reroofing our house, shed & patio cover that was damaged in the hail storm in March.  He was great to work with, and worked with our insurance company to get the most for us.  The crew was great; they did a good job at clean-up.  Overall we are very happy with the work and will definitely use them again. 

I worked with Chris and he (as well as the whole company) was very friendly, informative, and professional. I originally called because I had a small leak, but they informed me that I might be eligible for a new roof. They did all the work and research to figure out everything and came back with a financial number that they promised they work would be no more than that. They stuck to the price and that made me a wife comfortable with the whole process. The entire process took about a month and the install only took two days. I was very pleased with the work, and they even added in some extras as well as pained the front trim... AND the final payment I made was less than what they quoted. I would definitely hire them again with no hesitation. I normally don't write many reviews, but sadly in 2016 it's rare to find a good company like this and I wanted to let their good service be known.

I had my roof reroofed before by this company they were very professional the first time so when I needed it done again I went straight to them, no problem. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. A very very good job well done. I will use them again if needed.

Ridgid really took care of my mom and the house after the storms of May 31. They were quick to get us out of the hotel and back into our house! Not only have they been making sure we get everything done right in our home, but our project manager and the production manager personally came out and installed ceiling fans in our living room and kitchen. This was done after they had already fixed us up with a new ceiling in the living room and partial ceiling in the kitchen. It is so nice to know that there are people like them out there that still care enough to come back and do simple things like installing ceiling fans for their customers! 

Ridgid contractors did an excellent job of replacing our roof and gutters after extensive hail damage.  Additionally, we had extensive damage to fascia and soffit from aggressive squirrels.  The Ridgid contractor was meticulous in removing and replacing all fascia and soffit.  Finally, the painting contractor was prompt and professional. All the work was extremely well done, and the contractors were prompt, hard-working, careful, and cleaned up materials better than any contractors I have ever used.  Additionally, Robert, the project manager was accessible and responsive.  He worked tirelessly with the insurance adjuster and agent to insure that all damage was covered and paid for under the terms of the insurance policy.  He made a point of coming out to check on contractors and assure that jobs were being performed well.  When any issues arose he was prompt, professional, and helpful in solving the problems. I heartily recommend Ridgid Consulting and Construction.  They are an excellent, dependable company.

I wanted to take the time to thank Ridgid Construction for the job you did on our office building.  Everything was completed in a timely fashion and to our full satisfaction. You were quick to rectify the minor problem we had with the skylight, which I greatly appreciate.  All of your employees were very courteous and careful to protect our interior while doning the roof and skylight replacements. They kept the area as clean as possible and did a great clean up at the end of the job.  Thank you!

Ridgid Roofing demoed and installed a new metal roofing system, gutters, downspouts, and exterior coatings on a large condominium complex that I manage. They were very professional, communicated very clearly and provided a wonderful end product. They dealt directly with the insurance company to ensure everything would be covered and cost effective. I deal with a lot of contractors and Ridgid was the best by far!

Immediately after the tornado, one of their project managers came by and put temporary patches on my roof so I didn't have any leaks. I was concerned about the safety of my house. Before the insurance company had cut any checks, they rebuilt my back fence so I could have some security. In addition, they replaced my gutter that was damaged by hail, and replaced my garage door. They replaced my roof. State Farm did not want to cover the full replacement roof, and Justin personally came out to battle on my behalf with the adjuster. They also did some painting of the fence and trim on my house. They worked really well with me and the insurance company. They were very understanding and professional. They gave me a signed mechanic's lien with the final payment. 

I would like to give my recommendation for Ridgid Construction. I have used them for my commercial properties and my home for several years. They are always professional and reliable. I feel very confident with prices and workmanship. They always complete the job on time and I never had to have them come back to one of my locations to finish something they started. When they leave the job is done and done right. The salesmen are very professional and explain their bid in detail. I don't feel like I am being gouged or receiving a quote for something I don't need. They are very up front with their bid and explain why the work should or needs to be done. They keep their eyes open for any future repairs that may be needed and make recommendations. I feel very confident in my recommendation and would highly suggest using Ridgid Construction for all your construction needs, commercial or personal.  Sincerely
