Our house is one of the original historic log homes in the area and was built in the 1790's. As such, we are very concerned about any company making repairs to the structure. Our feeling is the contractor must not only be skilled (in this case replacing a roof), but also very knowledgeable and sensitive to the original character of the home. Ridgid Construction did exactly that having staffed the site with construction crews and supervisors having the desire and pride to take the extra step concerning details. One example that stood out was the way they attached and sealed the metal flashing to the existing logs and three chimneys in a method that blended right in. As there are differences in historic verses new construction; we have been very pleased with Ridgid's capabilities and would highly recommend them to those folks with homes that have aged gracefully and still want to keep them around for future generations. In the spring my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. I received hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters and downspouts. I called my insurance company. To be honest I wasn't real impressed with the insurance adjuster that was sent out to check on the damage. I called Ridgid Construction for their opinion of the damage. Isreal Diaz came out and looked at my house showing my husband and myself all of the damage that we received. I was impressed by his knowledge . I had damage that until he came out I didn't realize just how bad it was. One of our gutters was sheared off by wind and was just hanging loose and I didn't evern realize it. I guess if you don't know what your looking for you will miss the obvious. Isreal came back out when my insurance adjuster was here the second time and pointed out things to him also. At that point I was told I would receive reimbursement for a new roof gutters and downspouts. Ridgid came to complete the project at my request at the end of summer. I was completely satisfied with their work. They returned the next day and put a new roof on my shed as well. I have to say my experience with Ridgid Construction from beginning to end went very smooth. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone in the future. As a matter of fact I have had friends and family ask me to be sure to keep their card because they may need work done in the future and they would like to use them. I wouldn't have any hesitation in referring them to anyone. My over all experience with Ridgid Construction has been excellent. Over the last 16 years I have had many contractors do work on my home. I have to say Ridgid was one of the best.

Torey was our project manager and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with.  He was sympathetic to our needs and environment.  Ridgid handled all the dirty work with the insurance company and even worked hard to get a supplement to cover more damage that was missed during the first insurance inspection.  Their work crews accommodated our schedule very well and were very clean and orderly.  If and when I ever need anything done on the house again, I'm using Ridgid.  They've earned a life long customer! 

If you ever need a roofing and/orconstruction company you can save yourself a lot of time and frustration by calling Ridgid Construction, FIRST!!!   Prior to our making contact with Ridgid, we had attempted to work with 3 different companies. None of the other companies were very professional, they all failed to keep lines of communication open and they could not (or would not) work with our insurance company.  When we found Ridgid Construction we were pleasantly surprised how quickly our experience changed for the better, and it continues to be a positive one. Robert B, our project manager and Sue, the unsung hero in their office, managed to work with our insurance company and get many repairs covered that were missed by the insurance adjuster. We are pleased to say, that after the tireless efforts of Robert and Sue, our repairs are scheduled to begin Monday. If all the work they have put in to date is any indication, we feel very confident that the repairs will be top quality!  This is a locally owned company who, without a doubt, cares about their customers. If you want work completed by a professional and caring group of people, then Ridgid is the company for you!    

I was extraordinarily pleased with this company. The estimator was personable, knowledgeable and kept his word on all schedules. His crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen and their work was absolutely amazing. My roof, gutters, downspouts and window framing make the house look amazing from the outside. The estimator worked with my insurance company and provided photographic proof of everything that required doing to the house. He was competent and thorough with all he provided to the insurance company. I would recommend these folks to anyone if they want quality service.

It went great. They treated us very well. They were there when our adjuster came out and negotiated on our behalf for the house. This is a great situation because their interests line up with yours after a storm. I highly recommend them.

The construction went great. There was just a little pause in finishing because of bad weather and Christmas break, but that was not a concern to us at all. The quality of the work was excellent. Recently, a different builder was here to replace some windows, and he commented on how well the new roof had been built. Bob was very professional and reliable.

Everything went smoothly.  I have a daycare so Brian, my rep, had it worked out for them to work on the weekends so they wouldn't disturb my daycare kids and visited with me during nap times or after hours.  They were really good about letting me know exactly when they would show up and what to expect.  My favorite part was that I didn't have to contact my mortgage company.  They took care of all the paperwork.  They also came back and looked at any work I felt needed their attention and took care of it.  I would recommend them to my friends and family. 

After the late May storms we noticed what we considered damage to our roof. We filed a claim with our insurance provider who sent an adjuster to evaluate the damage and the insurance company approved our claim. We began our search for a company to replace our roof. Ridgid Construction was the fourth company we called and the third to our home. Robert showed up on time, reviewed the damage and took the extra time to explain how the process would work. He also took note of damage not listed on our insurance documents. Because of his thoroughness and patience with our questions/ignorance we decided to use Ridgid. About three weeks later all of the materials were in and they replaced the shingles and over 40 of the decking boards. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves . The following week we had 4 inches of rain in 2 hours. We thought we noticed a leak. We called Robert the next day and he had the crew out within hours to check it out. We are very pleased with their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Robert submitted the supplemental claim and it was finally approved by our insurance provider. As of today, he is doing the legwork to find matching materials and provide the insurance company additional information they need.  

This was our first experience with filing a home insurance claim and hiring a contractor, so we were unsure of the process and nervous. Our project Bartusevicius, was very understanding and professional. He identified some items that were missing from our insurance adjuster's estimate and worked with our insurance company to have them added. He was present when the work was accomplished and made sure it was done right. When we had specific concerns, he made sure they were addressed to our liking. The roofing team was very efficient and did a great job. We would definitely hire Ridgid again

As you can imagine, this was a process, that required numerous assessments, reviews and follow up between the insurance company and Ridgid Construction. Ridgid Construction (specifically our Project Manager, Randy Organ) took the hassle out of this process for us. Meeting with our insurance adjusters at our home to assess the damage and ensure that each storm's damage was accessed and no repair was overlooked. They were here with us, each step of the way to ensure that we had emergency tarps over our roof to mitigate any additional leaks and interior damage, the installation of a new roof, new gutters, new windows, exterior paint and interior repairs and paint. Randy's knowledge and thorough assessment has been invaluable to ensure the complete restoration of our home. It's been a pleasure to working with Ridgid Construction. Robert, with Ridgid Roofing and Construction was incredible to work with! I am one of the MOST particular (ie, picky) people EVER, and he was kind and patient throughout the process. I had contacted two other companies and Robert was the only one to stay on top of things and answer all my questions. I was giving up my beloved wood shake roof and he was great about reassuring me and showed me many different options. Any concern I had, he addressed in a timely manner. When I finally made up "MY" mind, it went very smoothly. The work took longer than originally thought, but we were expecting it might. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up after. We had lots of landscaping to work around, a pool (that he covered) and everything was in perfect shape when they were done. I had a couple of concerns and they were addressed almost immediately and taken care of perfectly. I would not think of using another company after this experience -- they were FANTASTIC!!! I have already referred the to two other people and will continue to do that anytime the subject comes up with anyone I know! Use this company with confidence! BEST experience with something so major, EVER!!!

This job was seamless from start to finish. Robert is professional and personally oversees the process. The estimate was competitive and the work completed in a timely manner. The crew was great and so was the clean up. We had issues with leaks especially around the fireplace and he was up on the roof during the install making sure it was done right. I also appreciated that even after you sign the contract they are just as responsive, my calls were either answered or returned quickly. I would highly recommend Rigid. Our new roof looks great. 

Until I had a professional roof inspection, I had no idea the extent of damages to my home & rental properties. Thanks to Ridgid's expertise and ability to validate the extensive damages to my Insurance Co, my properties were expertly repaired and my investments protected.
