Immediately after the tornado, one of their project managers came by and put temporary patches on my roof so I didn't have any leaks. I was concerned about the safety of my house. Before the insurance company had cut any checks, they rebuilt my back fence so I could have some security. In addition, they replaced my gutter that was damaged by hail, and replaced my garage door. They replaced my roof. State Farm did not want to cover the full replacement roof, and Justin personally came out to battle on my behalf with the adjuster. They also did some painting of the fence and trim on my house. They worked really well with me and the insurance company. They were very understanding and professional. They gave me a signed mechanic's lien with the final payment. 

I would like to give my recommendation for Ridgid Construction. I have used them for my commercial properties and my home for several years. They are always professional and reliable. I feel very confident with prices and workmanship. They always complete the job on time and I never had to have them come back to one of my locations to finish something they started. When they leave the job is done and done right. The salesmen are very professional and explain their bid in detail. I don't feel like I am being gouged or receiving a quote for something I don't need. They are very up front with their bid and explain why the work should or needs to be done. They keep their eyes open for any future repairs that may be needed and make recommendations. Ridgid replaced guttering above my garage where i had backed a trailer into the house. The work was done start to finish in only 3 hours. They even swept the driveway when they were done. I couldnt even tell they had been there when i got home, except for the new guttering they put up. I even recieved a follow up call the next day to make sure i was satisfied with the work performed!

Our house is one of the original historic log homes in the area and was built in the 1790's. As such, we are very concerned about any company making repairs to the structure. Our feeling is the contractor must not only be skilled (in this case replacing a roof), but also very knowledgeable and sensitive to the original character of the home. Ridgid Construction did exactly that having staffed the site with construction crews and supervisors having the desire and pride to take the extra step concerning details. One example that stood out was the way they attached and sealed the metal flashing to the existing logs and three chimneys in a method that blended right in. As there are differences in historic verses new construction; we have been very pleased with Ridgid's capabilities and would highly recommend them to those folks with homes that have aged gracefully and still want to keep them around for future generations. My neighbor gave me Ridgid Construction phone number to call and have them come and do a inspection after the storm.  I called and Israel Diaz the Project manager and he came and worked with meeting me with around my work schedule. He inspected my home thoroughly , taking pictures and writing a report. He informed me that i did in fact had hail damage to my home and roof. He gave me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He took his time and explain everything to me and gave me the brochure and explained to me what I should do next. I called my insurance company and when they came Israel was here to meet them so I didn't have to miss any work, which was wonderful. My insurance adjuster did infact agree with him that I had damage to my home and my shed. When my letter came from my insurance company all I had to do was call Israel. He came over with sample for me to pick for everything. He was so wonderful and patient especially with my father who was asking many questions. My father was very impressed with Israel, he was so courteous and professional. They used only top quality warranted material (25 year roofing and shingles). I want to commend their installers, the gentlemen are hard worker and they came before I left for work and were here when I came home from work finishing up. My dad was so impressed with them; they worked straight through never taking lunch, they all cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't one piece of debris or one nail in my yard or driveway!!!!! I would most definitely use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

In the spring my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. I received hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters and downspouts. I called my insurance company. To be honest I wasn't real impressed with the insurance adjuster that was sent out to check on the damage. I called Ridgid Construction for their opinion of the damage. Isreal Diaz came out and looked at my house showing my husband and myself all of the damage that we received. I was impressed by his knowledge . I had damage that until he came out I didn't realize just how bad it was. One of our gutters was sheared off by wind and was just hanging loose and I didn't evern realize it. I guess if you don't know what your looking for you will miss the obvious. Isreal came back out when my insurance adjuster was here the second time and pointed out things to him also. At that point I was told I would receive reimbursement for a new roof gutters and downspouts. Ridgid came to complete the project at my request at the end of summer. I was completely satisfied with their work. They returned the next day and put a new roof on my shed as well. I have to say my experience with Ridgid Construction from beginning to end went very smooth. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone in the future. As a matter of fact I have had friends and family ask me to be sure to keep their card because they may need work done in the future and they would like to use them. I wouldn't have any hesitation in referring them to anyone. My over all experience with Ridgid Construction has been excellent. Over the last 16 years I have had many contractors do work on my home. I have to say Ridgid was one of the best.

Right before Valentines this year, I received a call from our alarm company stating that the fire alarm was going off showing a malfunction i the water lines.We were fighting sub zero temperatures and had a foot of snow on the ground. We arrived to find a busted pipe in the ceiling. Tiles were on the ground and we had water everywhere. Thankfully the floor was concrete with square tiles laid down, but the ceiling and everything around it. I had used Rigid for my personal property the year before and knew they did many different things. They were able to come out within a few days and were able to start work immediately. They had to cutt out the sheetrock and replace it once we got evrything dried up. They fixed the damage the water and ice caused, put in new insulation, and then painted over everything to put it back to it original look once they were finished. Even with the cold temperatures, they stuck it out until everything was back to normal. I am greatful for their assistance.

Torey was our project manager and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with.  He was sympathetic to our needs and environment.  Ridgid handled all the dirty work with the insurance company and even worked hard to get a supplement to cover more damage that was missed during the first insurance inspection.  Their work crews accommodated our schedule very well and were very clean and orderly.  If and when I ever need anything done on the house again, I'm using Ridgid.  They've earned a life long customer! 

If you ever need a roofing and/orconstruction company you can save yourself a lot of time and frustration by calling Ridgid Construction, FIRST!!!   Prior to our making contact with Ridgid, we had attempted to work with 3 different companies. None of the other companies were very professional, they all failed to keep lines of communication open and they could not (or would not) work with our insurance company.  When we found Ridgid Construction we were pleasantly surprised how quickly our experience changed for the better, and it continues to be a positive one. Robert B, our project manager and Sue, the unsung hero in their office, managed to work with our insurance company and get many repairs covered that were missed by the insurance adjuster. We are pleased to say, that after the tireless efforts of Robert and Sue, our repairs are scheduled to begin Monday. If all the work they have put in to date is any indication, we feel very confident that the repairs will be top quality!  This is a locally owned company who, without a doubt, cares about their customers. If you want work completed by a professional and caring group of people, then Ridgid is the company for you!    

I was extraordinarily pleased with this company. The estimator was personable, knowledgeable and kept his word on all schedules. His crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen and their work was absolutely amazing. My roof, gutters, downspouts and window framing make the house look amazing from the outside. The estimator worked with my insurance company and provided photographic proof of everything that required doing to the house. He was competent and thorough with all he provided to the insurance company. I would recommend these folks to anyone if they want quality service.

Justin has been great to work with on my house repairs. He is upfront on if work/repairs need to be done or if it could be placed on hold until it truly needs to be repaired. Have already recommend the company to my co-workers.

We had hail damage to our roof, siding, door, gutters and window screens. The estimator, Robert, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He worked closely with my insurance company and explained the process in detail. He supervised every aspect of the repairs personally. All subcontractors were on time as scheduled, polite, and wasted no time and worked very hard. They all cleaned-up thoroughly when finished. If something wasn’t correct, they made it so.
