This was our first experience with filing a home insurance claim and hiring a contractor, so we were unsure of the process and nervous.  Our project manager, Robert Bartusevicius, was very understanding and professional.  He identified some items that were missing from our insurance adjuster's estimate and worked with our insurance company to have them added.  He was present when the work was accomplished and made sure it was done right.  When we had specific concerns, he made sure they were addressed to our liking.  The roofing team was very efficient and did a great job.  We would definitely hire Ridgid again.

Excellent! In our case, we had initial tornado damage, then days later, additional damage from a hail storm which resulted in 2 claims with our insurance company. As you can imagine, this was a process, that required numerous assessments, reviews and follow up between the insurance company and Ridgid Construction. Ridgid Construction (specifically our Project Manager, Randy Organ) took the hassle out of this process for us. Meeting with our insurance adjusters at our home to assess the damage and ensure that each storm's damage was accessed and no repair was overlooked. They were here with us, each step of the way to ensure that we had emergency tarps over our roof to mitigate any additional leaks and interior damage, the installation of a new roof, new gutters, new windows, exterior paint and interior repairs and paint. Randy's knowledge and thorough assessment has been invaluable to ensure the complete restoration of our home. It's been a pleasure to working with Ridgid Construction. Robert, with Ridgid Roofing and Construction was incredible to work with! I am one of the MOST particular (ie, picky) people EVER, and he was kind and patient throughout the process. I had contacted two other companies and Robert was the only one to stay on top of things and answer all my questions. I was giving up my beloved wood shake roof and he was great about reassuring me and showed me many different options. Any concern I had, he addressed in a timely manner. When I finally made up "MY" mind, it went very smoothly. The work took longer than originally thought, but we were expecting it might. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up after. We had lots of landscaping to work around, a pool (that he covered) and everything was in perfect shape when they were done. I had a couple of concerns and they were addressed almost immediately and taken care of perfectly. I would not think of using another company after this experience -- they were FANTASTIC!!! I have already referred the to two other people and will continue to do that anytime the subject comes up with anyone I know! Use this company with confidence! BEST experience with something so major, EVER!!!

This job was seamless from start to finish. Robert is professional and personally oversees the process. The estimate was competitive and the work completed in a timely manner. The crew was great and so was the clean up. We had issues with leaks especially around the fireplace and he was up on the roof during the install making sure it was done right. I also appreciated that even after you sign the contract they are just as responsive, my calls were either answered or returned quickly. I would highly recommend Rigid. Our new roof looks great. 

I worked with Chris and he (as well as the whole company) was very friendly, informative, and professional. I originally called because I had a small leak, but they informed me that I might be eligible for a new roof. They did all the work and research to figure out everything and came back with a financial number that they promised they work would be no more than that. They stuck to the price and that made me a wife comfortable with the whole process. The entire process took about a month and the install only took two days. I was very pleased with the work, and they even added in some extras as well as pained the front trim... AND the final payment I made was less than what they quoted. I would definitely hire them again with no hesitation. I normally don't write many reviews, but sadly in 2016 it's rare to find a good company like this and I wanted to let their good service be known.

Randy coordinated the project of reroofing our house, shed & patio cover that was damaged in the hail storm in March.  He was great to work with, and worked with our insurance company to get the most for us.  The crew was great; they did a good job at clean-up.  Overall we are very happy with the work and will definitely use them again. 

Perfect! The work was done on time and they did a beautiful job. Robert was great and in constant contact with us. We would definitely use them again.

My roof needed to be reroofed because of hail damage. My roof needed to be reroofed because of hail damage. I had my roof reroofed before by this company they were very professional the first time so when I needed it done again I went straight to them, no problem. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. A very very good job well done. I will use them again if needed.

Ridgid really took care of my mom and the house after the storms of May 31. They were quick to get us out of the hotel and back into our house! Not only have they been making sure we get everything done right in our home, but our project manager and the production manager personally came out and installed ceiling fans in our living room and kitchen. This was done after they had already fixed us up with a new ceiling in the living room and partial ceiling in the kitchen. It is so nice to know that there are people like them out there that still care enough to come back and do simple things like installing ceiling fans for their customers! 

They did a really good job. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in a day and I have not had any problems with the roof. I am very pleased with this company.

Ridgid contractors did an excellent job of replacing our roof and gutters after extensive hail damage.  Additionally, we had extensive damage to fascia and soffit from aggressive squirrels.  The Ridgid contractor was meticulous in removing and replacing all fascia and soffit.  Finally, the painting contractor was prompt and professional. All the work was extremely well done, and the contractors were prompt, hard-working, careful, and cleaned up materials better than any contractors I have ever used.  Additionally, Robert, the project manager was accessible and responsive.  He worked tirelessly with the insurance adjuster and agent to insure that all damage was covered and paid for under the terms of the insurance policy.  He made a point of coming out to check on contractors and assure that jobs were being performed well.  When any issues arose he was prompt, professional, and helpful in solving the problems. I heartily recommend Ridgid Consulting and Construction.  They are an excellent, dependable company.

I needed a new roof, some siding, window screens, and sheet rock replaced in my garage ceiling where rain had leaked in and kitchen ceiling painted because of a leak in roof. This was the second time I have used this company. Robert B. worked hard negotiating a fair settlement with the insurance company. I would definitely recommend Rigid Consulting and Construction.
