Before working on the front of home with a green, damaged roof.
Bad decking below the shingles resulted in this sag in the roof.
Once shingles and underlayments were removed, the decking was removed and replaced to eliminate the sag in the roof and for shingle warranty purposes after installation.
Another one of several areas that required decking replacement prior to re-roofing.
Looks great with a little help from their friends at Ridgid! Happy homeowners, great customers! We appreciate their business and referrals!!!
The roof on this home sustained serious hail and wind damage. Robert, their project manager, assisted in getting a fair insurance claim settlement and replaced not only their shingles, but a significant portion of their decking. As the pictures show, the decking was deteriorated and, as a result, the roof was sagging in multiple areas. Their roof, flashings, drip edge and vents were replaced giving the home a good, solid roof and much better curb appeal!
