Our house is one of the original historic log homes in the area and was built in the 1790's. As such, we are very concerned about any company making repairs to the structure. Our feeling is the contractor must not only be skilled (in this case replacing a roof), but also very knowledgeable and sensitive to the original character of the home. Ridgid Construction did exactly that having staffed the site with construction crews and supervisors having the desire and pride to take the extra step concerning details. One example that stood out was the way they attached and sealed the metal flashing to the existing logs and three chimneys in a method that blended right in.
As there are differences in historic verses new construction; we have been very pleased with Ridgid's capabilities and would highly recommend them to those folks with homes that have aged gracefully and still want to keep them around for future generations. Thanks guys.

We live in Greensburg, Pa. We had our entire roof, gutters and downspouts. replaced due to hail damage from a storm earlier this year (which was entirely covered by our Home Owners insurance). Jason with Rigid construction worked closely with our insurance company to insure that all damage was covered and that the complete roofing job was done with efficently and effectively.
Rigid came and inspected the roof and found hail damage, we then contacted our home owners insurance company. Rigid came out when the adjustor came to insure that they saw all the damage. The Insurance company agreed with Rigid's assessment and approved the insurance claim. The main roof was completed in 1 day and the gutters and downspouts were completed shortly thereafter. We were extremely satisfied with the entire job.

My neighbor gave me Ridgid Construction phone number to call and have them come and do a inspection after the storm.
I called and Israel Diaz the Project manager and he came and worked with meeting me with around my work schedule. He inspected my home thoroughly , taking pictures and writing a report. He informed me that i did in fact had hail damage to my home and roof. He gave me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He took his time and explain everything to me and gave me the brochure and explained to me what I should do next. I called my insurance company and when they came Israel was here to meet them so I didn't have to miss any work, which was wonderful. My insurance adjuster did infact agree with him that I had damage to my home and my shed.
When my letter came from my insurance company all I had to do was call Israel. He came over with sample for me to pick for everything. He was so wonderful and patient especially with my father who was asking many questions. My father was very impressed with Israel, he was so courteous and professional. They used only top quality warranted material (25 year roofing and shingles).
I want to commend their installers, the gentlemen are hard worker and they came before I left for work and were here when I came home from work finishing up. My dad was so impressed with them; they worked straight through never taking lunch, they all cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't one piece of debris or one nail in my yard or driveway!!!!!
I would most definitely use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

In the spring my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. I received hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters and downspouts. I called my insurance company. To be honest I wasn't real impressed with the insurance adjuster that was sent out to check on the damage. I called Ridgid Construction for their opinion of the damage. Isreal Diaz came out and looked at my house showing my husband and myself all of the damage that we received. I was impressed by his knowledge . I had damage that until he came out I didn't realize just how bad it was. One of our gutters was sheared off by wind and was just hanging loose and I didn't evern realize it. I guess if you don't know what your looking for you will miss the obvious. Isreal came back out when my insurance adjuster was here the second time and pointed out things to him also. At that point I was told I would receive reimbursement for a new roof gutters and downspouts. Ridgid came to complete the project at my request at the end of summer. I was completely satisfied with their work. They returned the next day and put a new roof on my shed as well. I have to say my experience with Ridgid Construction from beginning to end went very smooth. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone in the future. As a matter of fact I have had friends and family ask me to be sure to keep their card because they may need work done in the future and they would like to use them. I wouldn't have any hesitation in referring them to anyone. My over all experience with Ridgid Construction has been excellent. Over the last 16 years I have had many contractors do work on my home. I have to say Ridgid was one of the best.

Right before Valentines this year, I received a call from our alarm company stating that the fire alarm was going off showing a malfunction i the water lines.We were fighting sub zero temperatures and had a foot of snow on the ground. We arrived to find a busted pipe in the ceiling. Tiles were on the ground and we had water everywhere. Thankfully the floor was concrete with square tiles laid down, but the ceiling and everything around it. I had used Rigid for my personal property the year before and knew they did many different things. They were able to come out within a few days and were able to start work immediately. They had to cutt out the sheetrock and replace it once we got evrything dried up. They fixed the damage the water and ice caused, put in new insulation, and then painted over everything to put it back to it original look once they were finished. Even with the cold temperatures, they stuck it out until everything was back to normal. I am greatful for their assistance.

Ridgid replaced guttering above my garage where i had backed a trailer into the house. The work was done start to finish in only 3 hours. They even swept the driveway when they were done. I couldnt even tell they had been there when i got home, except for the new guttering they put up. I even recieved a follow up call the next day to make sure i was satisfied with the work performed!

I am writing this to recommend Cooper Smith and Ridgid Construction to anyone who is considering them for a roof replacement. Our home had hail and wind damage that dated back to the severe storms that Norman experienced in March and April. I contacted Cooper after receiving a latter in the mail from him, and I’m glad that I did.
From the beginning Cooper went out of his way to help me through the process. He was present when the claims adjuster came out to inspect our home and it made a significant difference in the settlement offered. The actual installation of the rood took only one day and we were impressed with the speed and cleanliness of the crew. We are extremely happy with the appearance and craftsmanship of our new rood. I would whole-heartedly recommend Cooper Smith and Ridgid to anyone who is considering contracting them for roof work.

Although I wanted to file a claim, I was apprehensive because the work force took houses by storm and in a matter of two days, houses were completed with roof and siding. I was skeptical of how this all was possible, but after receiving a door flier, I decided to call a local company ‘Ridgid Construction’ as a new hail storm sate was on record.
I met with Bill, and he quickly noted that I had significant damage to my home. Bill had samples at our house the same day and the process was in full swing. Ridgid was very accommodating in making the entire process seem easy. Still I felt like this was just too fast. I had heard some horror stories of the other company’s mistakes and I was indeed worried.
The work began on my house as promised. A crew of workers arrived and in a matter of hours, siding was going on. I was so impressed by their professionalism and work ethic.
Three days after my home was finished it was the object of vandalism. My neighbor covered my brand new siding and brand new car with black spray painted hearts and scribbles. She also victimized two other neighbors’ homes as well. The police were notified and ultimately she was arrested. I didn’t want to file another claim on my insurance, and all attempts to clean it off met with zero success.
As a last resort I contacted Ridgid’s owner Justin, and explained what had occurred. He asked me to meet him at his Meridian Road office. Without batting an eye, Justin told me not to worry, he would replace the 40 ft section of damaged siding for free. I was floored. This company that I had once called ‘an ambulance chasing, fly by the night operation,’ was now like a long lost friend. 40 feet of heartache and dismay were erased in one hour.
Bill and Justin have proved to me that this company is all about making neighborhoods better, one happy customer at a time. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a believer out of me. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone needing home improvement or storm restoration.
